11am. Guests arriving before 3pm may safely leave their luggage at reception.

The hotel operates 24 hours a day and we will await your
arrival, but please notify us of your time of arrival in advance. Be sure to notify
us if you are going to arrive later than scheduled. Failure to do so may result
in the cancellation of your reservation. |

Q5. Is access
to the hotel restricted at night? |
|
No. Hotel doors are locked from 1am to 6pm, but guests simply
use the interphone provided to gain access. |

Q6. Would
it be possible for my daughter to stay at the hotel on her own? |
|
We accept reservations regardless of age or gender. Your
daughter would be quite safe staying at the hotel on her own because late at night
the hotel doors are locked and entry to the hotel is by interphone, which prevents
unauthorized access. |

Q7. There
is one adult and one child in my party. What are your charges for children? |
|
There is no accommodation charge or breakfast charge for
accompanying children under six years of age. |

Q8. Do you
accept foreign currency or travelers checks? |
|
Currently we cannot accept foreign currency or travelers
checks and guests are asked to change them at a bank near the hotel. |

arrange air tickets or JR tickets? |

No, but we can direct you to a travel agents near the hotel
or the Midori no Madoguchi (Green Window). |

you provide an express delivery service? |

Yes, a regular service, Collect on Delivery service and
boxes of various shapes and sizes are available from reception. |

The hotel has a restaurant and lounge. Guests may eat in
the hotel as little (just breakfast) or as often (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
as they wish. |

There is a 24-hour convenience store less than 50 meters
from the hotel. |

there any hotel parking? |

The hotel has 44 parking spaces that are free to hotel guests.
However, vehicles weighing more than 2t are charged, and guests are asked to pre-book,
as spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. |

you been awarded the standard for disaster prevention? |

Yes, of course. As our guest, you can enjoy peace of mind
because the hotel is equipped with a system that automatically alerts the fire
station if it senses a fire and is also equipped with sprinklers as an extra precaution. |

available rest room for disabilities? |

We have a barrier-free toilet on the 2nd floor. Therefore
feel free to use that. |
Q1. Can guests connect to the Internet from their rooms? |

Yes. In all guest rooms can connected to the Internet with your own computer via the LAN connection port behind the TV jack with a LAN cable. LAN cables are available in the reception desk. |

Q2. Is the hotel wheelchair friendly? |
|
It depends on the size of the wheelchair, but the hotel rooms are spacious and we have also had guests using wheelchairs stay at the hotel in the past. Please note that there are no handrails in the rooms and a drop in level of about 1cm. Please mention that you will be using a wheelchair when making your reservation, as we may be able to offer you a room near the elevator. |

Q3. Do you have non-smoking rooms? |
|
The fourth floor is a non-smoking floor, and all rooms on this floor are non-smoking. If you would prefer one of these rooms, please request a non-smoking room when making your reservation. The number of non-smoking rooms is limited and in the regrettable event that there are no vacancies, we may offer a room on another floor that does not have a cigarette odor. |

Q4. Are guests allowed to bring pets? |

Please note that guests accompanied by pets other than a guide dog will not be permitted to stay in the hotel. |

Cots are provided free of charge, but should be requested when the room reservation is made as they are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. |

Trouser presses are available on loan from reception, but should be requested well in advance as only a limited number are available. Please return promptly after use ready for the next guest. |
